How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat rate of $10 for all US domestic orders under $50. All US domestic orders $50 or higher include free shipping. We hope to add international shipping, but cannot yet support international shipping.

 

Do you have free shipping?

YES! If your order amount is $50 or higher, we do not charge shipping.

  

When will my order arrive?

In stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days and are in transit for 3-5 business days. Large or custom orders for client gifts, weddings, or other special orders usually take 3-4 weeks from order to fulfillment.

 

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

We do not have an order cancel feature. If you email us at service@hannigansoap.com and we have not yet processed your order, we will honor a cancelation and refund your full purchase. In certain circumstances, such as if we have printed a shipping label, we may only provide a partial refund to cover our costs.
